Our Story
The story of our family’s property development journey began in the vibrant 1990s when we migrated to Australia, drawn by the promise of new opportunities and a better life. With a dream in our hearts, we embarked on our first major project: constructing a modest family home in Melbourne’s North. This marked the beginning of our journey into construction and property development.
Inspired by their father’s legacy, who instilled the values of hard work and determination Denis, Deny, and Manuell took a significant leap in their entrepreneurial journey by founding Windrock in 2016. The business was designed to offer a comprehensive range of architectural, engineering, and construction services, creating a synergy of creativity and technical expertise.
The establishment of Windrock was more than just a business endeavour; it was a tribute to our father’s teachings and a commitment to fostering a legacy of excellence. Since its inception, the company has thrived, continually adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the industry while embodying the principles of resilience and innovation that define our family.

Denis Sadik
Director
Denis is the Co-founder Windrock Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and oversees all operations, which encompass construction, development, and projects & advisory services.
His diverse career has involved significant roles in project management, gaining experience in delivering commercial, residential, and land development projects. His daily duties involve guiding and implementing strategies for business expansion while nurturing and managing teams across all sectors.
Manuell Sadik
Director
Having honed his skills in design consulting while working with one of Australia’s biggest builders, Manuell has gained a solid understanding of building design and an intuition for creating innovative design solutions.
As a co-founder of Windrock Group, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Design and is responsible for overseeing all design aspects of the projects, including client liaison, lead design, and design management.
With extensive experience in client interaction, building design, and construction supervision, Manuell contributes an innovative and integrated approach to Windrock’s custom design and build process.
Deny Sadik
Director
Deny brings a dynamic blend of expertise and experience to his role at Windrock, where he leads and oversees all construction activities. With an extensive background in site and construction management, he has successfully delivered both residential and commercial projects, ranging from custom homes to multi-storey apartments.
His passion for construction and unwavering dedication ensure that every project at Windrock embodies ingenuity and efficiency. Deny is a co-founder of Windrock Group and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, along with a Domestic and Commercial Builder Licence.
